Tumbling & Trampoline

 

60-minute co-ed class: The Tumbling Program at AHA is designed to introduce students to the basics of tumbling. Such as rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. Students will work on basic skills and progressions on the floor and vault with an introduction to flipping and handsprings. Students will also be introduced to the safe use of trampoline and tumble track. Students who are proficient with the basics of tumbling will be challenged based on their skill level and the skill(s) the individual would like to accomplish. Class is structured with stations and drills.
