This enriching 50-minute program is offered in our small gym to provide a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where every participant can learn, explore, and grow at their own pace. Each class focuses on developing gymnastics skills, exploring a variety of gymnastics equipment, improving fitness, and building confidence through movement education. Participants are encouraged to develop strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness through engaging activities designed to support individual abilities and encourage continued progress. The program also provides valuable opportunities for socialization, communication, following directions, building independence, and becoming more comfortable participating in a structured gross motor environment. Please note: the support of a caregiver is required for each participant throughout the class.
